How do I return?
- First of all we suggest you to read all the Terms & Conditions (link on footer)
- Remember that the return period expires after 14 days from the day on which the User or a third party - and other than the courier - takes possession of the goods.
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
- Remember that customized/personalized objects based on your customization process and champagne (as perishable product) cannot be returned.
What items are returnable?
- Products that are not customized.
- Products that are not part of champagne collections (as perishable product)
You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.
- They must be in original condition, not used, scratched or damaged.
- For clothing, unwashed and unworn
- In the original packaging
Free gifts, personaized items, or promotional items are not returnable!
Are there any charges for return?
- There are no charges for return
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- The refund takes place without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which our team was informed of the User's decision to return from the contract.
